Around 17+ years in cloud native, distributed, and multi-tier architecture — spanning eCommerce, automotive, finance, telecom, healthcare and travel. The common thread across every one of those domains: taking a monolith or a fragile integration layer and turning it into something a team can actually operate at 2am without dread.

The last few years have centred on Spring Boot microservices on GCP, with deep hands-on time in Kubernetes, Helm and Istio — running service mesh in production, not just diagramming it. Recent focus has extended into applied GenAI tooling (Claude, Spring AI, CrewAI, Cursor, GitHub Copilot), bringing the same platform-engineering discipline to how teams build with AI day-to-day.

Comfortable moving between the architecture whiteboard, a production incident, and a 1:1 with a report — currently leading engineering as a people manager while staying close enough to the stack to be useful in a design review.
